ElecMan is used by Count Zap in his various schemes in World Three. In the second episode, Count Zap sends him out to cause chaos by invading various electrical appliances and making them go out of control. All over DenTech City, appliances malfunction, culminating in a hijacking of a train. ElecMan releases viruses onto the trains network.
