Lin is a member of the Red Dragon Crime Syndicate, and the brother of Shin who also worked for the Red Dragon syndicate. He worked under Spike Spiegel when he was a syndicate member. While he remains loyal to those he is pledged to serve, Lin does not agree with needless violence. He was sent by the Elders to protect Vicious.
