Saki Toudou is a EFCN officer serving as captain of the experimental wave-motion ship Ginga. She is the daughter of commander in-chief Heikuro Toudou and Chiaki Toudou. Following the Gatlantis War she's been using Ginga to restore the destroyed Moon. Saki Toudou was born on Earth on November 14, 2176.
