Appears in Gosenzo-sama (Honored Ancestors). One day while walking home from high school, Risa suddenly loses all her memories and is unable to recognize her loved ones or anything about her life. Soon after, she becomes plagued by anxiety and begins seeing a huge caterpillar stalking her.
