Rikka is a strong ninja of the Fuuma clan. She is married to Eishirou. She is also the mother of the twins, Isuke (Shirasu) and Isame (Kotarou). Like her husband, she is very protective of their children, and she does her best to hide Isame from the rest of the clan.
