Background The story starts on the day the Cutthroat is meant to be executed. Having been caught for unknown reasons, he is only seen wearing a mask and a straitjacket up until the Akudama come to interrupt his execution. He frees himself from the straitjacket and receives the case containing the bomb-collars, delivered by Courier, which he seems to have been expecting.
