Hitotsume is a 2 meters (or 6’6 feet) tall Zingai, with his most noticeable feature being that he only has one large eye and no other facial features. His head is cylinder-like, and his arms are thin. His hands seem to be slightly large, with four long fingers and fingernails. The palms of his hands appear to sometimes manifest eyes within them.
