Tsurara Halestone is a Divine Visionary and a member of the Magic Research Administration of the Bureau of Magic. She wears a long cape that covers her whole body and has a scarf wrapped around her neck. She has got two curved magic marks on her left cheek and an eyepatch on her right eye.
