The Mysterious Thief Dorapan is a mysterious thief from France that was modeled after the famous fictional character; Arsène Lupin from Lupin III. He carries his own loyal sense of justice. Though often misunderstood for a villain, he always steals for a reason; which is to help the poor and vagrants.
