Andreas is a character of the day who appeared in Hook, Line, and Stinker (EP170). Andreas was a competitor in the Seaking Catching Competition in Johto who was also distinguished from his victories in other fishing tournaments. He had a very arrogant attitude, especially towards Misty and her Poliwhirl.
