Simon is a character of the day who appeared in The Poké Spokesman. He has the ability to interpret the feelings of Pokémon. Simon revealed that, sixty years prior, a twister hit, and his father put him in a storm cellar. During this time, Simon met a trio of wild Pokémon, who were also seeking refuge from the storm, and struck up a conversation with them. Since then, he considered the event to be the most magical day of his life. As an adult, Simon set up a rest stop somewhere between Ecruteak...
