Tenma is a character of the day who appeared in The Big Balloon Blow-Up. He is Skyler's father. Tenma works inside an air hangar specializing in designing, creating, and flying hot-air balloons. Tenma lent Ash and his friends a Pikachu balloon to use for the upcoming Pokémon Balloon Race, and then explained the rules and aim of the sport.
