Sakiko's father is a commanding older man who appears only in the anime, in episode 020. He lives with his daughter at Inaka-hama in Pension Adams, a large European-style hotel on the beach. He seems to be a very angry man, and refuses to allow Sakiko to befriend any guests at the hotel... including Usagi, Ami, Rei, and Luna.
