Mr. Turtlepedia, also known as Mr. Dictionary Turtle, is a male Tamagotchi history teacher at Tamagotchi School. He debuted on the Chou Jinsei Enjoi Tamagotchi Plus in Japan and the Tamagotchi Connection Version 4 internationally. As his name implies, Mr. Turtlepedia looks like a green turtle with a cream-colored belly. He wears a blue and brown hat with three black stripes and a red chin strap.
