The Security Service Chief, otherwise known as the Military Intelligence, Section 5 Chief is a minor, yet pivotal character in the Hellsing anime series created by Gonzo. He's the Chief of Section-5 of the Military Intelligence, also known as the Security Service; whose job is to investigate a certain items mechanism, and their priority was, the FREAK Chip. He's also one of the members of the The Convention of Twelve, in the anime only.
