The man who grew up with Mugen in the Ryuukyuu Islands alongside his little "sister" Khoza. A ruthless, traitorous pirate who hung Mugen out to dry after they robbed a ship from Satsuma carrying raw sugar. He is once again encountered by the trio in episodes 13-14 "Misguided Miscreants Parts 1-2" wherein he and his crew of pirates attempt to rob and murder our trio, though they're easily thwarted by Mugen and Jin.
