Atsuko Kutsuzoko is a 18-years-old mother of a 2-year-old daughter. She is one of the tenants of the Matazuresou. Her actions and style reflect the Japanese younger generation. Misae met her while racing her for a 1/2 price egg sale. Atsushi Kutsuzoko is her husband, he is a truck driver and lives outside. Because he is a truck driver he is never at home.
