About

A mysterious man who seems intent on unraveling the mysteries of Jouga, but his real intent is to destroy the town. His fiancée Mieko was killed by Nemuru while visiting the town. He tries to flood the town, but is stopped by the protagonists and finally by Kaori, who drags him off the cliff with her when he shoots her.
