Vice-Admiral Doberman is one of the five Buster Call Vice Admirals present at the attack on Enies Lobby. He has many X-shaped scars on his face and neck. His left eye is blank without any iris. Due to way Doberman is drawn in the manga, it looks as if his left eye is completely missing with only an open eye socket in it's place.
