Reika "Vision" Chang is a character introduced in episode 7 of the OVA, she is a popular singer in America in her group known as Vision and the Revengers. She is the elder sister of Irene Chang, whom was killed in the 2nd episode of the OVA and Reika comes to MegaTokyo to get revenge on her younger sister's death by taking on GENOM.
