A beautiful waitress who works at a small restaurant in Uchida's neighborhood. Uchida falls in love with her after she refers to his younger self by his first name, Fumiaki (as opposed to Bunmei), in episode 3. Mikaze is an extremely kind and compassionate person - this is evidenced by the sorrow she feels for those who died during the construction of a World War II bunker in the town.
