Anthony is a Pokémon Trainer from Hoenn who is a character of the day in You Said a Mouthful! (AG010). He ran a private unofficial Gym for bragging rights, but cheated by having several other Pokémon ride inside his Pelipper's mouth, which allowed it to pull off attacks it wouldn't naturally learn and let it avoid weaknesses.
