Haruta is the commander of the 12th division of the Whitebeard Pirates. His name was revealed in a SBS of Volume 58. Haruta is a male pirate wearing a 16th century style outfit. His shirt sleeves are tight on the biceps and billowing on the forearms, giving the impression that he has disproportionately large forearms, similar to Franky.
