Victor (Japanese: ビンセント Vincent) is a one-time character of the Pokémon anime who appeared in The Pi-Kahuna. He is voiced by Kazuhiro Nakata (adult), Megumi Hayashibara (boy) and Shin'ichirō Miki (teenager) in the Japanese version and David Brimmer (adult) and Ed Paul (young) in the English version. Victor lived on Seafoam Island with his Pikachu, Puka.
