About

A young man with no memories of the past, and a creepy animal-like hand, reminiscent of the dead bodies left behind in the wake of the new drug, Wild Adapter. Kubota literally picks him up off the street, and the two now live together. Brash and boisterous, in contrast to Kubota's eternally placid facade, Tokitoh seems to be the one thing that Kubota really cares about.
