Xiao-Mei is an antiques shop owner who is witty and very curious. [spoiler]She more than just an antiques seller; she is also a thief who goes by the name "Phantom Thief Black Tail." In episode 7, she claims to only steals from the rich (Wyndaria Castle is her frequent target) and gives to the poor, referring to the town's orphanage.
