Karasuke is a character from the third One Piece Movie. He is a talking crow that is close friends with Mobambi and is the only other animal, besides Bald Parrot, on the island that can talk to humans. He helps Mobambi help Chopper when the other animals abandon Chopper. (Source: One Piece wiki)
