He is a Pillar Baron of Behemoth's 34 Pillar Division. Aside from the usual clothes and style of a Pillar Baron, Quetzalcoatl completely resembles a clown wearing make-up. He does have black hair and dark eyes, though. Quetzalcoatl has a fun loving personality and likes to play games rather than have an actual combat with his enemy. He also stopped chasing Oga saying he had to prepare games.
