A mysterious, long-nosed gentleman who resides in the Velvet Room. As in the other Persona games, Igor's purpose is to assist the player in acquiring new powers and Persona. At the end of the game, because the Main Character has fulfilled his contract, Igor uses the power of the Main Character's social links to forge a Persona of the World Arcana with the power to change reality. Igor states that he had never thought to see such power during his lifetime. He also makes an appearance in the anime...
