A school teacher working at St. Chapel Academy. She is a very strict woman who is always looking for students to punish with her whip. She is especially bothered by Honey's lack of interest in following her rules and often tries to stop her from escaping. However, in difficult situations she shows that she does care about her and is willing to protect her. In Cutie Honey F, she is shown to have an interest in male idols.
