Musai is a Kumogakure shinobi. During the Fourth Shinobi World War, he and Nonota were ambushed by a reincarnated Toroi. Recognising his fellow Kumo shinobi, Musai tried to alert Nonota about Toroi's techniques, but they were attacked before he could finish.
