He became the current head of the Toyosaki household after the former head died. The former head of the family had left a safe behind but not the password for it. If tried to be opened except by password, the entire safe would be set ablaze, so he hired Hamatora so that they could try and open the safe for him and also protect it from thieves who were trying to get their hands on it.
