Synopsis
Jacob, an 11-year-old boy who is looking for kokdu dolls to remember his last moments with his grandmother, accidentally enters the world of these dolls. The "kokdu", literally "funeral doll", a key element in the work, is a wooden doll that adorned the bier (a carriage that carried a coffin) in the funeral culture of the Joseon Dynasty.
